  • Needed an upgrade and yet again Verizon makes it impossible to upgrade without losing my unlimited data...a company who STILL has no idea what the value of a grandfathered customer is!!! Anyone can provide cell phone services but it takes a really good company to retain customers! Going across the street to at and t! You lost another customer verizon...hopefully one day the majority of your customers start to value their own money over your sad excuse for customer service and retention and start demanding to be seen as more then a dollar sign!
