  • Imagine my surprise when my husband and I arrived at the Don Bluth Theater tonight and were told that the tickets we bought online were "just sold to someone who walked in." Seriously????? The woman at the front desk was not only incompetent, she was rude and dismissive. She waved us away and said, "we'll put you somewhere else." Well, the "somewhere else" was on the top tier. I had to climb up to get my seat. We were never asked if it was ok. The attitude was, "take it or leave it." We'll never come here again.
