  • Because of a health condition, I need to take an antibiotic before any dental work. Apparently, this did not concern this office, as they never called in my prescription. Mentioned this when I booked my appointment, when they called to remind me about the appointment, and even left a message on the after-hours line. Never received a follow-up message or an apology for wasting my time. Never had this issue with any other dentist office.
