  • Paxton, first you are a liar. Because you have never once attempted to call my home so you do not know the situation. This isn't your only bad review so it's obviously not just us. You DO NOT strive to work out any dissagreements with customers because over 50% of the time you can't even call customers back. When we called your company from the beginning we were looking for an attic fan. Which come to find out would have worked. But your company disagreed. And said that almost a $2,000 retrofit package would have worked and was EXACTLY what we needed to include sun screens from a third party that never even showed up and we told you numerous times. Let's talk about the baffling you never installed that we were told was one of the most important pieces to install after getting new insallation? You don't have an answer. If you have an "energy audit" showing positive results where is it Paxton? Because we were told that there were no results showing any changes so you came out again to retest, then we never saw or heard from Eco Sun Systsems again. This company will say or do anything to get more business. Please do your research and make a better decision than we did.
