  • We had an external hard drive seize up on us after falling off a PC tower and took it to Tom to see if he could retrieve the data for us. Unfortunately, the damage sustained proved too great to recover, but our experience was still somewhat remarkable. For starters, Tom took the time to thoroughly explain the nature of these devices and potential causes for malfunction and possible outcomes (and their cost). He assessed the hard drive at no cost, which was amazing as I'm sure other outfits will charge for the initial assessment. When we picked up the faulty drive, Tom then gave some very good advice for preventing data loss in the future. If you're in need of data services, I'd highly recommend Tom and Chandler Data Professionals. Personally, I hope I never have to see him again (in need of his services, that is), but if I ever find myself in that situation again, I know who to call. Thanks again, Tom!
