  • It's was our first time in Cleveland and we loved the city but did not like this Intercontinental we stayed at. We need a hotel with a suite to fit a family of five. Everyday we had to call housekeeping to get linen for five; they always left three sets! Everyday for 4 days! One day we even left a big tip with a note in the morning, requesting extra towels and mouthwash. We got nothing and the tip was gone of course. We've stayed at other Intercontinentals before so expected the level of service that it provided. This was a huge disappointment. The suite also did not have kitchenware such as plates and utensils in the kitchen area. We used the face towels because there were no paper towels provided. This Intercontinental need Undercover Bosses to visit !
