  • This is the state of the common area in front of our house. I tried replanting the shrubs after the landscapers killed everything and Mickey told me I had no right and he should come rip all the plants out(yes, this is in writing in an email he sent me). All I was trying to do was make the first impression of our home somewhat tolerable because my whole family came to town for my son's graduation. I've been trying since May to get GVPM to address this issue. In the meantime, they fired the landscapers who caused this problem in the first place and replaced them with a bunch of guys who look homeless and just blow debris around the neighborhood and cut down the bushes with hedge trimmers (most likely with their eyes closed). In trying to get this issue resolved I've been in contact with Mickey, the rude unprofessional owner (as you will see by his response to this post...he can't stop himself), Michele, our old manager, and now Trevor, the new manager. The latest response from Trevor is: the board approved to plant 80 plants. Why in the world should we pay for the plant replacements when the landscapers just continue to kill everything??? No one has taken my concerns or threats of a lawsuit seriously so I'm using social media not to try and do anything other than to warn potential boards of this horrible company. DO NOT HIRE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
