  • My advice...go someplace else...anyplace else has to be better... the shop is beautiful...their work is NOT! They have very low unaccepable standards. They make appointments with one technician(I use the word loosely) and then pawn you off to no less than 3 technicians(there's that word again). There are many many nail salons in Scottsdale...any one of which would have workers who are more competent and less likely to offend, destroy and mutilate your hands/nails/feet. Run don't walk someplace else...your money is wasted and so is your time in this salon(again I use the word loosely)..Stay as far away from Rose and her boyfriend (the receptionist) as you can get...they are a disastrous team...how they are in business is a mystery...hopefully their dishonest practices will be exposed and they will be closed down. Oh and here's the icing to the cake, they seem to manage to mistakenly(?) overcharge and give the wrong change( to their benefit.)..surprise, surprise!
