Would I come back? This was another buffet I wanted to try in Las Vegas. Now that it is off my list, I do not need to wonder if it is good or not. I heard that their desserts were the best so I decided to give it a try.
Since it is a buffet I will list the memorable items: cream cheese mashed potatoes, truffle pasta, bone marrow, prime rib and ice cream.
Cream cheese mashed potatoes- if you can convince me to eat mashed potatoes at a buffet, it must contain a lot of butter and who knows what inside. You must get this. I went back for 3 helpings. Super buttery, creamy and flavorful.
Truffle pasta- if you have had the truffle mac n cheese at Lemonade, it is pretty similar. I feel that the pasta here was extra truffle.
Bone marrow- pick your pieces wisely. Not all pieces are the same. I usually go for the pieces that are kind of charred.
Prime rib- I asked for the rarest piece they have and literally got a cow that was probably moving a min ago. The inside was pink and the outside was lightly grilled. It was a little salty but overall it was tasty accompanied by the creamy horseradish.
Ice cream- who doesn't like ice cream? I thought this was the best dessert they had. Everything else was underwhelming. I personally liked the strawberry balsamic and apple pie ice cream. Not too sweet and very refreshing.
***I thought it was odd of them to charge tip in the beginning.*** Wait wasn't too long and our server was awesome.
