  • I am one hour early and now they are late 30 min seeing me. Very disappointed. My time is as important as theirs and should be respected as such. Just because they can make you wait shouldn't be expected. Thats the point of scheduling. Second time being here today after i had to go get my papers because apparently they cannot communicate between offices........Highly annoyed and disrespected!
