  • Went here to day with my family. We had planned this trip for about a week and i hoped it was going to be good as I was craving good BBQ. I was not disappointed. Its definitely an odd place since its set up like a cafeteria. But not to had to figure out. We went up and got our trays and cups. We had the homemade sodas. My husband and daughter both got the orange cream soda and i got the root beer because i had read about it being good. I went back and got orange. That stuff is amazing! The root beer is good too but that orange soda just won over. My husband said he wanted it delivered to our home by the gallons. He and I both got the sampler plate, which came with brisket, pullet pork, ribs and chicken. All the meats were good although the chicken may have been a little dry. I got pit beans and cole slaw and he got the cheesy potatoes and slaw. I loved the beans but those potatoes. Yum next time i just want the potatoes. The slaw was kind of bland with not as much dressing as I'd like but still good. Daughter got the kid's sandwich with chicken and cheesy potatoes and she liked it okay. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and I look forward to going back.
