| - We have a Vacation Rental in Las Vegas, we got a referral from a friend to check and fix AC problems before our tenant arrival date. We agreed to pay the high repair cost without bargaining it down because we wanted it to be fixed in time. The guy started the job the he called me to let me know that he had to go buy a small part, and ... when my tenants came 2 days later the AC access through the ceiling still open, AC not working. Fortunately weather was not to bad and our tenants agreed to forgive us if we paid their rent back and we did it happily. We check on yelp and we came up across with Joel, reading some reviews, we knew that is our guy. I called Joel, he picked up the call himself ( not the answering service, please hold) he set up a time to come and check the AC system. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, made a recommendation and listened to our concern "time" he said he can do it, we asked for consultation time he agreed. This happened on Monday afternoon he said if we made our decision and wanted to go ahead to replace the whole system and give him the ok by Tuesday morning, he would start on Wednesday and would get our system going on Wednesday night. We called him later on and gave him the ok. Wednesday around 10:00 am his crew arrived with 2 new complete AC system and by 9:30 Wednesday night both AC systems were running in full capacity with 2 new wifi controlled thermostats too. He did not ask for any deposit or prepayment arrangements or any advance money( like what others do to make sure you can not go anywhere else). After everything was done, including setup of the thermostats on my Phone and making sure that I can use the app. Then sales docs and payment started. I have found another trustable person, another good friend and a very honest business owner.

I recommend him to any one who might need his services. I am sure he can not do every single job that is referred to him but, I am sure he will take care of every job that he accepts, I am sure when he leaves your job site ( business or home), you feel great that you trusted him.
Ps: One mor thing, very important one!!! You know in situations like this, when there is no written and signed contract to begin, after wards when it comes to paying the price, most of the contractors forget their promises or prices that they quoted and mostly they come up with excuses to charge you more. In our case things were different, I believe that he understood that we will paying with a bank guaranteed check " we brought it up during price check" but we had to pay by credit card that I am sure would cost him a lot more than cashing a check,but he accepted that with a smile and gave us the discount that he promised us.
