  • We needed a mattress for our guest bedroom and I looked at yelp and mattress firm had great reviews at the Sonoran Village. After our disappointing visit to the Room Store, we stopped at the Mattress Firm. Jorene, a very nice lady, helped us out. She gave us a great deal on the same day delivery, a queen box spring for the price of a full, and we got the stated price for the $300 mattress. Then as we were checking out, she found a better queen mattress that we had liked earlier while looking around and she said it was at another facility and on clearance for the same $300 price. She ended up swapping the $450 in at a cost of $300!!! She didn't need to do that either since we were already sold on the lesser quality mattress. This company knows how to hire their salesmen/women. They are still salesmen/women but they aren't so pushy and it feels like they do want to give you a good deal. I'll be going back there again. Hopefully Jorene sticks around. Plus they have those sweet massage chairs while the worker rings you up. Oh man those chairs are the bees knees!!!
