There's not much I can say that hasn't been said, but I've been a Gaucho fan for a long time. A couple years ago I was walking through the Strip and smelled something delicious. I followed my nose and found Gaucho (I like to think I discovered it before it got big). I've been at least 5 times since then and have told all of my friends, co-workers, family, and out-of-town guests.
The corn on the cob is simple and tasty. I usually get a steak sandwich and load it up with some of their fresh made sauces (chimichurri is great). The papas, shrimp, and salads are all good too.
As Gaucho has gotten more popular, the lines have been out of control, even after they expanded. The last 2 times I've tried to go to Gaucho, I've turned around and gone elsewhere due to the line. I hope they can figure out a way to expedite food a bit faster while maintaining quality - for their sake and ours!
