  • I bought this groupon thinking that it would be an easy way to get my car detailed. I'm on the run and work between offices so I scheduled a time for them to come out. They arrived .... 30 min late. I was advised that the appointment would take an hour and a half (I only had 45 min ) so they did the exterior and we rescheduled for the interior. This morning, they showed up 30 min late again without apology. He demanded $20 for gas which he stated was in the fine print, though he couldn't show me where. He yelled at me as he left stating, "keep the money. The job is done that's all I care about." If there was an option for 0 stars, that's what they would get. Unbelievably unprofessional and not how I wanted to start my day.
