rev:text	I for one can only speak for my own experience. I had been researching locations throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Chandler and came across Neos MedSpa. I had called and Spoke with Monica on the phone who was very nice and informative. She even set me up with a same day free consultation. My first impression was the place was nicely decorated and clean, but I can understand how the lobby area can feel rather crowded during busy times. I was greeted by Monica when I showed up at the front desk who recalled speaking to me on the phone. I was provided documents to fill while Monica went to the back to let them know I was there. It was a very quick process and Cristine, the manager, was out in no time to show me to the back. I ended up spending close to 2 hours getting everything setup for my Laser Peel; going over how things work and even getting to meet Chelsea the technician who would be taking care of me. Everyone was very fun and outgoing even taking the time to chit chat - very relatable! I'm excited for my treatment in a week and will update as to how well it goes! I love the atmosphere here and look forward to going back! Update: it's been a week since my laser treatment and my skin is in worst condition than it's ever been. After I began peeling, I broke out severely on my face.. Especially my forehead. The spa is really great at getting back to you.. However the only resolution is to weigh it out in hopes I won't be left with permanent scarring... At this point I'll have to be put on oral antibiotics which the spa can't help with...
