I was shaken to find out they give contractor/vendors security codes to the lock boxes! Opendoor swore this would not happen again and at my request, they would cancel my contract, and no one would bother us again.
03/6/18 - APS arrived early in the morning and knocked on my door. The servicemen asked if we knew that there was an order to turn off the power by Opendoor. The servicemen and I deliberated the matter and he stated wouldn't turn it off and call APS immediately. When called, APS enlightened me that Opendoor placed the utilities in their name on 3/5/18 and then wished a disconnect 3/6/18. Thank blimey we were home or else we would have lost power. My son is a type I diabetic and to have lost a month of insulin due to these "communication" problems would have been detrimental. I
