  • This hotel was absolutely perfect! The room was gorgeous, the hotel was perfectly located, and the staff is incredible!! The bellhops especially were phenomenal. We came for the Detroit Tigers/Cleveland Indians series, and while waiting outside for an Uber, one of them came up to chat with us about the Tigers - come to find out, he follows the team religiously. He made us love the staff, and it was only the first day! By the second and third days, we were treated like one of their own with all of the bellhops, always cracking jokes and smiles, and the most respectful manners. I've never had such excellent care from a hotel before! We had a few issues, but they were quickly resolved. When we arrived, we noticed our fridge wouldn't get/stay cold, so we reported it to the front desk - that Marriott app is amazing!! Within 10 minutes, maintenance was knocking on the door with a new fridge! We also had issues with our safe locking and being unable to open it. Both times we called about it, security promptly showed up within minutes to help us out. Fast, friendly, and helpful service all around! We're impatiently waiting for the 2018 MLB schedule to be released so we can plan this exact trip again :) This hotel was amazing!
