  • Horrible, Jordan is the worst supervisor at any Jiffy Lube I've ever visited. We have 5 vehicles regularly serviced by Jiffy Lube. We get them checked while traveling, fluids topped off, tire pressures verified, and interior vacuumed. Well, while in Las Vegas for the 6th time this year, it was getting close to oil change time. Our home Jiffy Lube is always kind, courteous, and professional. But this location epitomizes the worst in customer service. The nicest thing they did was hold the door open. It went down hill from there. Avoid this location. Jordan is easily frustrated and not willing to assist in getting your auto in good shape. I asked him to check the A/C. He said we wouldn't need it in winter and it would be $140 just to hook up the machine to recharge it. I asked for the signature oil change service. He said they were done and was ready to take payment. He didn't go over any of the check points. I checked the fluid levels myself after the visit. I still question whether they changed the oil filter or just pretended to change it. How lazy can a supervisor be?
