Too bad they're soooo far east.
Patrice, the owner, and her late husband (RIP), have ALWAYS been an answer to prayer! A little piece of Belgium in Toronto!
The moka, caramel, panier, souris, framboise, Manon, Rembrandt, etc etc etc. Best chocolates I've ever tasted, and I've tried many! No preservatives of any kind, and many come in choice of milk, dark and white chocolate.
The caramel, OMG! It's oozing, not liquid, but liquidy(?).... Spectacular. Amen. Dark or milk chocolate is available.
Booze filled options are also available, but I've never been hugely fond of booze in my chocolates... With the exception of cerise..... Dark chocolate, cherry in the center, and some booze in the liquid surrounding it....!
They also have a bunch of sugar free chocolates for diabetics, etc. Never tried 'em.... But I'm sure they're good....
And, you can also buy blocks of chocolate for cooking and baking at home (yes, it's the same chocolate that they use in the chocolates!) And they have shaped solid and hollow chocolate, cigars, golf balls, bunnies at Easter, etc.!
Fondue anyone?
