When you think of Vegas and sushi, you probably think of the places on the strip where everything is three to four times the normal price. However at Kabuto, the prices while not inexpensive are actually pretty good. For $48, you get a sushi omakase which features the chef's freshest fishes of the day. We got a bunch of tuna such as medium fatty toro, ikura and toro hand roll. At first I felt the meal was going by too quickly but it ended up being an hour and half. Along with the sushi, you get sake and you get ice cream. Sake was very good as was the ice cream. I've never had roasted green tea ice cream. It was such a great flavor. I'd definitely come back and see what's fresh next time.
