  • If you own a German vehicle, then this is the place you need to be bringing it. Amazing work, amazing service, and amazing prices. Ales not only does my day to day maintenance, but he is also the man behind the build of my A5 from ordinary to extraordinary! One of the great things about Ales is that he will never up sell or recommend anything that is not needed. He takes great pride in every car that he touches, and that is a rare find in the automotive industry. If it's not right, or he knows it can be better, Ales will stay late and arrive earlier to make sure you get the best finished product, and I've seen him do it. He puts so much effort and pride into each car, you would think that they were his own personal vehicles! I've had a little of everything done at the shop to include a front brake job, new control arms and bushings, and oil changes, but the biggest project was a complete K04 turbo upgrade. When Ales takes on such a project, he clears his calendar and it's only your car. Ales won't take on multiple projects, so you won't find a car being worked on there and another over there, it's your car and your car only! And I can see why, Ales installed the new K04 turbo, intercooler, downpipe, high flow cat, mated it all to my custom exhaust and then the fun part, custom dyno tuned it. You don't get any of those plug and play, cookie cutter tunes, you get a 100% Ales tuned car! End result, one happy customer, in one fast, reliable car! So if you're sick of paying ridiculous dealer prices, generic shops that don't have specialized German knowledge, or you've run into a project you can't handle, then RTM Performance is the only place to go!
