Goyemon, not sure if it means something in Japanese but in my dictionary it means "never ending deliciousness".. Everything is fresh and so finger licking good (yes, put down your chopsticks and eat with your fingers). Love their "melt in your mouth" white tuna sushi, salmon and yellow tail kama, always always order the pork belly and oh the desserts are just so om nom. Chocolate mousse , vanilla mochi, green tea creme brûlée, délicieuses, keep it coming !!!
Seat at the table or at the sushi bar, either way you'll get a great service. If anything, the amount of time waiting for seats to open up could be quite long since it always so crowded for dinner but then again it is worth it.
