  • Not only is Doug very knowledgable, he is honest and fair. Traits not often found enough these days. Brought a vintage watch that even the manufacturer said they couldn't get parts for...he fixed the issue in less than a minute. Although he did recommend for servicing on the watch, as this would only be a band-aid fix, he said that's up to you-as the servicing could exceed the price the watch but he truly does take the entire watch apart and rebuild it-I saw a watch that he was working on and believe me- it was completely taken apart! Sad but true, our conversation among other topics was about the dwindling tradesmen in all areas, but people that truly know this craft. Like anything, you get what you pay for and quality comes with a price. Spend the money once doing the job right the first time. I won't hesitate in trusting Doug and he comes highly recommended.
