  • This little bakery is a diamond in the ruff. Growing up in upstate NY, handmade Italian cookies are everywhere you look but surely not here in Arizona. Their Italian bread is awesome too and actually is "Italian" in nature as opposed to being white bread with an 'Italian' label on the bag like what you find in the grocery store. I've been going to New York West since I moved here in 2005 and will continue to do so even though it is now clear across town from where I reside. If you haven't been in yet, definitely make it a point to check them out if you ever find yourself in the west valley!
