  • Staff was rude to us. As soon as we walked in there no one tried to assist us OR welcome us like if they didn't want our business , yes it was very busy but we didn't even get a "we'll be with you in a minute". We were first timers so we didn't really know how the place works, no guidance or tips. We had an incident where myself,a girl, was shooting, I guess I had accidentally shot at the target on the lane next to us and there was a staff training someone, confronted the guys we were with and said not to shoot at his target, like if we had done it on purpose. We didn't think it was funny at all I mean we had gone there to practice, that's the point right? So my girlfriend shot after me, after he confronted us, and I guess she shot on his target as well, he was furious and thought we were laughing about it. Once again he confronts us and then starts tell all the other staff. We felt very uncomfortable I honestly did not want to shoot anymore because I was scared to shoot his target again by accident ! I felt like he could've been more understanding seeing that it was two females shooting, we are not pros! He could've reacted differently in my opinion, maybe slide over some tips dude !! We came all the way from Los Angeles cali, I don't think we will be coming back.
