  • I usually go to Sam's Club since I don't have a membership here at Costco, but I was gifted a gift card by my relatives so I thought I'd just check it out. As soon as I got to the entrance the lady checking the membership cards gave me such a hard time because I don't have a membership. No wonder I don't have a Costco membership I can't stand their rude customer service. They treat you as if you're stealing and not welcome. Never again. This is why I go to Sam's Club!!!!
