  • Well what can I say. They were extremely busy for a weekday afternoon but everything went very smooth with the "coming home" that my wife wanted to do after switching away from Verizon a year ago. We were greeted by an employee upon entering and he was not familiar with Verizon's bird flying home ad. I was disappointed in that but oh well. We then were told it was about a 10 minute wait. We proceeded to browse the store and about 7 or 8 minutes later we were greeted by the nicest and most informative Verizon rep I've ever dealt with. Jeff brooks is his name. I am not sure if you can request a sales person when visiting this particular store but if you can, request him. He was not pushy at all. Very well spoken and cared about what exactly we wanted all while still informing us of all the options available. I truly wish we lived closer so we could deal with him exclusively! Thanks Jeff!!! We also had both out young kids with us as well. Jeff was also very understanding that they were getting rowdy towards the end.
