| - THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG ONE...SO FOR ANYONE THAT DOESN'T FEEL LIKE READING I'LL SAY SOMETHING SHORT AND SWEET FIRST.
SMELLS LIKE OLD SOCKS, STAINS EVERYWHERE, ELECTRICAL WIRING THAT SHOCKS PEOPLE, MUGGY, RUDE, UNDERSTAFFED, BASICALLY ANY BAD THINGS YOU CAN THINK OF, I'M SURE THIS PLACE HAS.
DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. If you want to have a good trip that is...
It was our friends birthday, so we decided to take a trip to Vegas. Sounds like automatic fun no matter what, right? Wrong. This hotel was the WORST place I have ever stayed in my life. Anywhere from people getting kicked out for absolutely no reason, to getting locked out of our room and having to sit in the hallway for 2 hours waiting on maintenance.
I'll tell you a little about the things that happened. Keep in mind, our room is on the very top floor of the hotel.
So the first night all the guys decided to hang back at the hotel and have a few brews while us girls went out on the town. We get a call around 2 a.m. saying that everyone is kicked out because they saw a beer can fly out of our room from our balcony. First of all, none of us were on the balcony because there was an electrical wire hanging from the ceiling that would shock anyone that got too close. Their solution to that was to lock the slider door shut. Still said the can came from us with no proof. Us girls and three of the boys were able to stay but the others got kicked out for sure. So after all this happens we decide we are going to try and redeem the trip with the next day. Next day we go out and walk the strip, come home and our keys don't work to our room. Had to stand in a line that took over an hour because they were so UNDERSTAFFED. Had three people working the front desk with the line zig zagging through the casino. So we finally get to the front of the line and get new keys. Go all the way up to our room which is a far trek from the front desk just to find out that these keys don't work either. Then went back down and was told we would have to stand in line ALL OVER AGAIN. Took another couple of hours just to get through the line. This girl tells us that it may be the device on the door because it runs on batteries. Calls maintenance and tell us that is all she can do, and for us to go wait. Should be ten to fifteen minutes. Make the trek back to our room, sit outside of it for 2 hours. RIDICULOUS. Called downstairs from our cells, said we were not going to wait any longer. Sent a security guard with an emergency key, let us in, but the door would not work until maintenance came. Needless to say, we were all in a very bad mood at this point and it was only around 4 p.m.
We stayed in that night because we just couldn't bring ourselves to have fun. So that night we call around 8:30 to get two blankets and two sheets.They say they'll be there as soon as we can. An hour later, we call again. Would you like to know what time ONE BLANKET came? 3:30 in the morning!!!! Pounded on the door, and called our room over and over until someone woke up.
To top it all off, because they locked our slider shut, our room was soooo muggy and nasty, as well as being freezing.
I cannot get over how rude these people were, not even apologizing for the horrendous stay that we had. Everyone was completely rude, and acted as if it was our fault. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN.
Please stay away. Unless you like to deal with assholes.
Oh...before I forget, they didn't even take any record of anyone being kicked out. Said they had no idea what we were talking about the next day. But said we'll be keeping an eye on you though since apparently you're trouble makers. Really?! How would you know since you don't even know what happened!
Absolute nonsense. I could go on for days about this place so I'll stop here.
