  • They ruined my favorite leather boots. I brought in shoes and asked to repair the sole. I got them back and they had glue all over them, they sewed some ugly purple leather inside while it was not even ripped (I never asked them to do that!) and stained the beautiful wooden soles with shoe polish. They also used some product to solidify the toes of the shoe which would have been nice if they made sure the shoe solidified in a proper position. Now my boots are uncomfortable because there is some kind of dent in the toes. NEVER AGAIN.
