  • Another Ulta go around. Why, I was gifted a gc:). Other than that, I avoid Ultas (particularly the Summerlin location). Finally I encountered a helpful AND friendly Ulta Staffer! Then another, she was the Klorane rep;) Five stars, which can be attributed to these two lovely Ulta employees. The Klorane rep, well let me provide her with a name: Candance. She was outstanding! Well kept, as well as the Klorane area. She was personable, and even helpful for the other departments inside Ulta. A+++ Candance:) Nope, I'm still not going to be a future Ulta client. Simply this is why: the store's layout. In addition, the cosmetics are always unorganized, not well stocked and have a filthy appearance.
