  • The management at this hotel is horrible. They sell rooms to third party companies like travelocity, but don't tell them that there is a charge for incidentals when you check in. So when booking the hotel, the customer pays the cost for the room plus taxes and fees, then, is hit again when checking in. The incidental charge is $50. Not a ridiculous amount, but when you show up already having paid for the room, it's not a pleasant feeling. I will never book at this hotel again.
