  • I think that the rooms and hotel are beautiful (everything is high quality and almost surreal), location for the hotel is nice (you can walk to the mall), and amenities like the gym and club are great. They do sometimes offer promotions (I'm not sure how you get on their list, though) with free show tickets, buffet passes, and comp nights but I don't like how every little thing is charged. You have kids? There's a charge per kid, including babies. Have to change your show times? Charge too. Want to cancel 3 months out? Charge for that. While I think we'll still visit here to appreciate the beauty of the hotel I'd rather avoid the nit-picky charges of staying here.
