  • I made the mistake of going back to this McDonald's. I went through the drive-through and asked for a decaf coffee. No one told me that they did not have any brewed at the time. Its 6 am why isn't it brewed? I proceed to the window and the young man takes my money and just leaves the window. I honked my horn and asked him what is going on with my coffee . He then tells me that he had to brew a pot. I told him that I was on my way to work and could not wait. I ask for a refund. He said he had to get the manager to process the refund. He left and never came back! I had to leave without my money or my coffee. What a joke! They also nickel and dime you for everything little thing. Why not just give me enough in the first place. They give you three thick pancakes with one small syrup then want to change for another one. I hate this McDonald's. I have finally learned my lesson. I will patronize the other McDonald's in the neighborhood, hopefully the are under different management. STAY AWAY!!!
