rev:text	I've had several bad experiences at this location but have put off writing a review mostly because one of the therapists is really good and this franchise is conveniently located near my home. However, that changed today when I showed up for my appointment at 1:00 p.m. and was told I didn't have one. Whichever girl worked the desk yesterday (Feb 28th) failed to enter it into the system. In addition to this, the attitude at the front desk is as usual - nonchalant and impersonal. They act as if they could care less like; "oh well' and then just ignore you (waiting for you to just go away). There was no apology and no offering of anything. The only feedback I got from the little blonde behind the desk was the suggestion that I probably called the wrong location, which was an insult to me as I'm a long time regular here (they are obviously just trying to cover their mistake). This same girl also has given me attitude in the past (which has made it hard to keep returning). I also had another incident at this location - when I was booked with a therapist who they knew was seriously sick with the flu. She coughed all over me, 'dripped' on me (even on my face) and had to leave the room to blow her nose every 10-15 minutes (how could they have not noticed). It was truly the most disgusting massage experience I've ever had. When I told the front desk afterward, it was the same attitude ('ooooh, sorry....have a nice day'). Again, no authentic apology...nothing (they just ignore and want you to leave). The only reason I didn't make a big deal out of it then was because it was that therapists first day at work and I felt sorry for her, but there's still no excuse for that to have happened. So, needless to say I am done with Hand & Stone (today was the last straw). What a shame too because it's so conveniently located for me and does have one really good therapist (but a customer can only take so much).
