  • My mother and I have been coming here for 10+ years. When we used to come, his prices were great, awesome customer service and quick turnaround time. I went in this week for the first time in a year. I don't know if he had previously given us some kind of special deal for all those years, but my services were twice as much this time around. I couldn't even believe it. When I returned to pick up my shoes, they had new soles as requested, but he didn't polish them or anything - previously he did. If this was extra, I wouldn't have known and he hadn't asked when I dropped off I had just assumed it came along with the service. Bottom line: incredibly disappointed. If I'm shelling out $80 I would expect my shoes to look perfect. Will not be returning.
