  • Had a pleasant business encounter with One Shot Installation yesterday 12/2. I went into my garage to find the entire wall where my washer/dryer are had dryer lint all over it. After getting behind the dryer it seemed that the vent connection had come undone and it looked quite clogged. I called up One Shot and they said they could come that same day. I live in Tempe and they are based in the west valley so I was pleasantly surprised. Gabe got to my house about 2 hours later and proceeded to help me move the appliances and got to work on the dryer vent. There were some issues with some kinks in the line but he stuck with it and got it all cleaned out. Gabe was friendly, professional, and of course timely. I thought it was a little pricey ($100 for not quite 2 hours of work) but I don't know the standard rate for all this stuff. However, with all the horror stories I've experienced with service companies in the past I would gladly pay a premium for someone that I know and trust. And Gabe and One Shot definitely fit that description.
