I want to like this place. I want to give them three stars just for being so shiny and packed full of pretty things, and for having so many tempting items on the street out front, but I just can't.
The store is very, very overcrowded, especially when you get all the way to the back and run into a totally incongruous costume jewelry section (In the middle of a high-end home goods store? Why is it there?) The place is so full it's really hard to find what you're looking for. Not only that, but strangely, despite the store having so much kitchen stuff and my being a total cooking fiend, I have yet to buy anything there. Their prices are just too high compared to other suppliers. So Yelp's suggested meaning for a two-star rating just about says it: "Meh. I've experienced better."
