rev:text	So I have to take my computer back to fix it. Nick fixed it but it stopped working maybe a month later, something related with the hard drive. Nick is not there anymore, he sold it to Mark who used to work for him. I must say that he is carrying Nick's good business values. He listened to what I had to say, he offered to fix it at no cost. He offered a new hard drive, an Internal Solid State Drives (SSD), he ordered it and I paid the amount he was charged for it plus he offered to upgrade the old operating system my computer had to W10 at no extra cost. He took the time to explain to me why a SSD would be a better option than the old one. He also offered the option of fixing the hard drive Nick installed, at no cost. I decided to go with the SSD, best decision ever! My computer is super super fast!! I must say that I'm very happy with the service and professionalism that Mark and his fiance showed. They went above and beyond making sure that I was happy. I am very happy. My computer is fast and is working perfectly. It's a six year old one running like a brand new one. His fiance who is a comp tech as well, called a few days later to check if everything was going fine and that if I had any question. This a local business that you can 100% trust. It's a good feeling knowing that you are not being ripped off and/or taking advantage of if you are not computer savvy. I highly recommend this shop. They are 100% honest, reliable and they have integrity, something so hard to find now days. My husband and I will keep doing our computers repairs at this shop. We will keep recommending his business to our friends and neighbors. I give them an A++++
