  • Haven't been to the mall in years, today I was reminded why!!! Hubby needed underwear and insisted on Penneys (No idea why!) Went up to the counter in the men's department to pay. The clerk seemed openly hostile. Husband asked, "did we interrupt something?" She said, " no. " Rang us up with out another word, didn't even thank us for our purchase. We won't be back....
