  • *review is for my experience first* I'm honestly so disappointed by the experience that I received here on Tuesday. I realize sometimes that because I look young technicians are hesitant but still this experience was unacceptable. I sat down with a technician and she began to take my gels off. Next she asked me what color I wanted. I told her I wanted the chrome nails. "Oh are you sure that's more expensive". How much more expensive? "It's more expensive sweetie how about you get this purple or a cheaper color" I didn't care that it was more expensive so I said the chrome was fine. I didn't want the other colors. Then she mutters something to the technician next to her and walks away. Another technician comes to see the color I have chosen "are you sure you and want this" YES I replied for the 3rd time. Next what I assume was the owner comes to tell me "Oh ok so you want the chrome? It's more expensive. Usually is $45 for gels and the chrome will be $15 extra" expensive, but I didn't care I had already said yes 4 times before. If she hadn't already taken my gels off I would have left. I was so annoyed. FINALLY after it has been decided that I was able to pay to extra money for the chrome nails. They told me to scoot over two chairs down to another technician. The technician that was helping me didn't utter a word to me but seemed to keep talking to the technician next to her and her client. Which I felt was rude as well. She did a great job on my nails and this is the only reason I'm not giving one star. HOWEVER she got so into the sides of my nails that they literally burned when they were under the gel and I was already so annoyed I didn't want to say anything anymore. Literally the worst experience I have ever had w/my nails. I am never going back!!!!!! Do not go here if you look young or you want chrome nails apparently.
