  • I regret that I had already booked our stay before reading any reviews. I was under the impression that Circus Circus was a good, clean, family-friendly hotel. We stayed one night because my stepdaughter was flying back home from Vegas. After I read these reviews, I immediately called to upgrade our room in hopes to have a better experience. Parking was confusing to navigate at first, but check in wasn't bad- the line moved quickly. There is definitely an odor inside the hotel and hotel room floors. Our room wasn't that bad, the toilet didn't flush right and some other minor things. I was optimistic. My husband and I had immediately woken up after midnight due to a REALLY strong odor coming into our room, because someone was smoking marijuana! It was awful and I was livid! We had two young children in this room and here my husband and I thought we upgraded to keep away from this exact situation.. I had a terrible headache from it and sat on hold with guest services for 20 minutes at 12:30 in the morning to answer the call! By that time, it was probably going to be difficult for security to pin point exactly which room it was- and I highly doubt they sent anyone anyways. They didn't even care.. I'm very disappointed in the quality of our stay for how much it was just for one night. Therefore, I will never return to this hotel because I never imagined that my children would have to be exposed to that.
