This store is scheduled to close sometime in March and the current discount for this week is 20-30% off regular prices. The price cut is not good enough for me to raid the racks and blow an entire pay check on just yet. I'll hold out until they hit 60-70% and hope they still have the inventory I want. One unfortunate factor is the cashier will use a black permanent marker to write an X on the label of the garment, essentially "junking" the item out once purchased. Hmmm, this really sucks in case you want to gift said item out to a friend, co-worker or lover. You can still gift the item but they will know that it was purchased pennies on the dollar and could possible think of you as a cheapskate. I sort of understand why they would junk out an item to restrict the riff raff from trying to gain a profit off of a discounted item but destroying product upon sale really blows my mind.
