  • On dec 24th I received a call from this Gamestop for eight preordered funko pops (2 axle rose, 2 slash, 3 Hanna Barbara chase and a ryu exclusive). On my previous preorder at this location, my boxes were damaged and they sold one "on accident", so I made sure to go in on the 26th to make sure my order wasn't messed up again. After waiting in a 1+ hour roller coaster line to the register, I was told a mistake happened and all were sold. They refunded my $40 for the 8 deposits, but no coupons or even apology was offered for the inconvenience/negligence. I preorder these collectibles considering their popularity and rarity in store. Now these are unobtainable at retail price and have to be purchased 3rd party at a mark up. Very unacceptable business practices and standards at this Gamestop.
