  • Now that's its summer in Vegas I find myself coming back here whenever I get off work early. It's the perfect place to grab a snack as you're about to watch a movie in the lawn or whenever you're watching your kids in the playground. They sell flavored popcorn, kettle corn, and movie theater popcorn, in addition to cookies and lemonades. My partner enjoys the different types of flavors and she's a fan of the kettle corn. I personally don't eat popcorn but I love lemonade, which is what this review is going to talk about. They have fresh squeezed lemonade and they use a hydraulic press type of system to squeeze out all the juice! It's really neat, only thing is that it leaves all the seeds in the cup and there's no way for them to take them out. Then they'll add some syrup for flavor. My personal favorites are the pomegranate, cherry, and strawberry lemonades. To my surprise, in addition to the syrup they'll add about a half cup of sugar. This threw me off guard as I thought the syrups would be sweet enough... Finally they'll add the ice and water, shake it, and then serve it. I always order the large 32oz cup and after a handful of visits here I realize that my lemonade isn't actually tart. It's really sweet with a hint of lemon. I think if I were to order the smaller 24oz cup it would be more tart. Now here's where I feel a bit cheated; IF someone is going to pay an additional $2 for a larger cup, why not throw in an extra lemon? I realized I'm literally paying $2 more for a CUP of water. I really do enjoy coming to this place to try out the different types of lemonade, but I highly recommend settling for the smaller cup unless they throw in an extra lemon for the larger cup. I may skip the sugar next time and settle for the syrup only. My partner also recommends the kettle corn. Try this place next time you're near the Container Park! Now please excuse me as I try to burn off all this sugar before it reaches my thighs.
