Unfortunately, my experience with this dealer was mediocre. The sales person lured me into deals that were turned down by the manager at the time when I was signing papers. Think about a situation when you are promised an enticing offer for your car; you fix your minds on it; your friends tell you to go for it ; you are ready to sign the financial papers and the manager tells you that the sales person is wrong and we cannot offer it for the price he quoted because I am on H1-B visa. The sales guy clearly knew that I was an immigrant worker who has just graduated from school. The manager bluntly said the sales guy wasn' t aware of these concerns. I was totally pissed off hearing this and I told the manager that the sales guy was wasting all my time by promising a deal that wouldn't be feasible for them to offer. The manager arrogantly replied "It is a waste of time for us as well, if he had quoted that price, lets forget it, and we'll strike a fresh deal. This is the first car I got for myself but the whole process did not make me happy. But I have to agree that this dealer offers relatively cheaper prices in the area and I decided to come back to the same place, after the sales guy managed to get me a low interest rate. On the day of purchase, I was astonished again to find that there was misalignment in the prices/ services the sales guy quoted and what the manager (this time a different guy) could offer. But after rounds of negotiations I got a car for myself at a price that I have to console myself saying this was the best deal I could get. Now, I am happy that I have something to drive around.
Also, I am not very clear about the service deals I am eligible for and when they are due. I am new to Arizona , and I DO NOT know a SINGLE SOUL here. I am helpless and I still feel perplexed if it was a right decision I made, because I was in dire need of a car to commute. I feel so sorry about my plight as an immigrant graduate not seasoned enough to make a huge investment in a new country in a new place.
God bless !
