  • Shane helped sell our home in LV. I'm from California, so I needed someone who I can trust to deliver results for me since I'm not physically there. He helped line up contractors to get the place fixed up for the sale of the home. When I flew into meet him for the first time, he got several contractors setup for me on the same day. When we did the walk through, he provided his opinions on what was needed in order to sell the home. He assisted in validating the contractors' work which was a big deal since it would have been costly to fly back and forth just for that. In fact, the first visit was the only time I flew there throughout the entire process. My main goals were to sell the home fast and at a fair price. He provided a marketing plan that met just that. The end result was that we got an offer within a week of listing at a fair price! If you're looking for a realtor that produces results, then, definitely get in contact with Shane!
