  • The butchers at this location are terrible! Boneless stew beef $3.99/lb value packs, went in this morning to grab some. Waited 15 minutes in the meat section, packages come out, but meat is horribly cut with no care. Large chunks of fat on each piece of little stew beef. A couple would be fine, but every single one with a hunk of fat stuck to it. Not in the mood to spend 30 mins to an hour trimming this stuff off. Waste of time, throwing money in the garbage. Metro is a high end grocery store, prices are already high so I expect much better. There's more product selection in this Metro and the store is open 24 hrs so that's one plus, but this is enough to make me walk out and visit other locations till they improve. Went to the Eglinton Square location and picked up some nicely cut beef from here. Butcher bringing out the goods even gave me a smile. Head on there!
