  • Petsmart Grooming department is the worst I have seen in customer relations in a long time. We dropped our dog off for a hair cut 3 hours later they started on him. He was just kept locked up in a cage for the first 3 hours. The groomers were not busy, they had plenty of time for texting on their cell phones and walking about the store. Also in this time the only groomed 2 other dogs. I will not bring my dog back here ever again.
