  • In my opinion they deserve a lower review. Have gone 3 or more times in total, 2 of which with my husband. Despite the "large" space there was very little to display. First time we went in our guy was very nice...but every juice we wanted to try was out of stock or no longer carried. Yet it was still advertised in their juice book. 2nd time my husband went to get a new battery, said they never even said hello or gave him a glance. They were too busy with the people at their "juice test bar" (who by the way never even bought anything) to simply complete the task my husband went in for. Next time we went again I was there to bare witness to what he said. 3 employees and none even raised their head to greet the incoming customer. I used to work in customer service and was required to greet everyone; first impressions are how you make yourself known. So we waited and waited by the battery and equipment display case with our backs to their test bar. Again no service. They only cared about the people smoking their juices and all for free and then they leave without buying about 75% of the time. Finally someone came to help us and what we wanted to ask took 2 seconds to ask and even less to answer. We asked about a new battery and they said they were all out of everything but the cheap batteries. I will say this, the gentleman we had was kind enough to direct us to Oasis on Main...safe to say I will stay with Oasis and never return to this establishment.
